Some of My Favorite Things

I have been in Ohio for the past week helping my sister Ruth with her new baby, Kendell Grey Buxton. Ohio is my home away from home and my favorite place to visit because I get to see some of my very favorite people in the whole world… Ruth, Kendell, Lily, Meg, my brother Adam, the Beazers, and the Haws. I also get to eat manna from Heaven, ice cream from Graeters. I have enjoyed my stay here so much. I am in awe of Ruth and the kindness she extends to her family and everyone around her, even though she had a baby 10 days ago. I don’t know how many times I heard her offer to babysit someone else’s children and I even heard her offer to take someone else dinner. She is one go-getter and my inspiration in every way. Everyone in Ohio thinks I am Ruth, so maybe I’ll just keep it that way.

How fun! Baby Gray looks so much like Lily when she was a baby!

Grey is SO cute! We think he looks just like Kendell. It looks like you had so much fun visiting Ruth!! I’m glad you got to go.

I know you had a twin, but I don’t think I have ever seen the two of you together. I love it! It sounds like Ruth is just as sweet as you are. Did you get to leave your girls while you went out to visit? How fun!

Rachel this is Heather Bingham from the logan married student ward. How are you? Two cute kids how fun! And ruth looks like she’s doing great too! how many does she have now? You guys look so cute.

Rach,
That is where you have been. I haven’t talked to you in like 2 weeks seems weird doesn’t it. Ruth and her kids look great.

I couldn’t get your blog to work for a long time with Explorer, so I downloaded Firefox and now I can view it! Talk about weird, huh? That is so crazy about moving back to Logan. We seriously need to catch up! How fun that you got to go visit Ruthie! You both look gorgeous!!! By the way, the pictures of your family on the side are ADORABLE!!! Who took them? Did you guys? I LOVE them!!

Angie, thanks for the heads up. It seems there is a recent bug in Internet Explorer that won’t allow IE users to load our video player. I’ve disabled the video script and will work on a quick fix for it soon. Russ Dixon took our photos.

You girls look so different to me in that photo! Tell ruthie hi! What a babe that she has 3 kids now! Sounds like you and her have a lot in common, both sweet as can be!
